1. remove words "course classification" from top of left menu.
2. pages /[login to view URL] and /[login to view URL] - the link is pointing to [login to view URL]
when it should be pointing to [login to view URL] . the path need to set to set to absolute so menu will always point
to correct place ie. /index?cat=.
3. these columns are out of alignment see [login to view URL] for details.
