Database analytics platform

We have a database in Microsoft Access for record information and make reports. The information is send to us by email and one people is in charge of record that information in Access. We are looking to migrate this system and use a web based system and a open source database. in the first three years the database size is about 900 megabytes. I attach a sample of the database we are using, but this database must be improved because in many cases is necessary run a query, etc... Also many things may be simplified. We are looking make process the most automatic possible and simple like 2 steps. 1. Enter data 2. Make Reports and analytics We was thinking in use a service like [login to view URL] but is not available on our country, for that reason we decide to develop this platform . The platform must have a user managment and like 4 different role acess. In microsoft access for make reports sometimes take a long time.. we want to improve this if is possible. Was suggested by it deparment use sql express 2012 ... because can be integrated with many other tools like pivot, etc etc etc... So if you think is the best option please let me know or if exist a better option also let me know why.. i am not looking for someone that send me a message I CAN DO IT , AND SEND ME THE SAME MESSAGE THAT SEND IN ALL JOB POST.. i am looking for someone experience in database field that can suggest the best option possible for develop the first phase of this project based on information given and attached file. Also we will need a suggestion for a hosting for this system.
