fix my authorize.net ARB and paypal payment system

I have a custom system built and had this all working. A new programmer put in a new payment system and changed a few things and for some reason my payment stuff is not storing things right now. I need someone to go in and fix my [login to view URL] ARB and paypal system The code is all there just something missing or a small bug in it so that things are not storing right. Again i dot need this all written. I just need someone that knows the paypal and [login to view URL] ARB system to be able to go into my code and get it working right. This should not take very long if you know there system well.
