Excel Inspection Sheet formatting

I have created zoned inspection sheets that require staff to audit an allocated zone within a shopping centre.? The inspection sheets are in excel and I am having trouble getting the formatting correct so that each zone will print on A4 landscape and will show all cell borders.? Currently some of the cells have lines on screen, but when viewed in 'print preview' the lines are missing. I would also like to have all zoned inspection sheets standardised in format and have the top page 'header' and page numbers are visible on each page? of the zone inspection document.
