Flash Videochat

**We need a flash based chat solution. ** Update: you do develop only Flash, Actionscript, and a small RED5 Plugin - website, database and integration is done by ourself. We?d like to offer remote video driven advices to customer who pay the chat per minute, similar to erotic and other sites. In our solution we got a customer whos choosing of a list of agents from our portal and then opening the chat with some given parameters. After customer has requested a chat the agent will be ringed by our web system and needs to open a chat window. In this window agent should see his livecam and text chat area. Agent should have 3 simple buttons (disable/enable Video and audio, exit chat). Customer should have only an exit button. Both windows (customer and agent) should be quite simple because wether customer nor agent have technical experience. We need a highly configurable system - we do not like to change that much in flash - so the configurations should be done by parameters or database driven. The system is planned to run some parallel chats at once and also we plan to use it on different websites - So we need a template based system with possibility to load graphics and maybe configurations by parameters on each chat. And please ask - we got a more detailed Catalog with similar projects here. ## Deliverables Also as said we plan a pay per minute solution - so we need wether some triggers to a backlink from chat on different events or a status_page to do an automated query on chat stats - we need events on connect customer, connect agent (beginning of billing), disconnect of agent or customer (with reason - error or by log out button). Also we need to set a maximum chat time with automatic disconnect. We would prefer to us a red5 streaming server - got a basic red5 setup here already. All additional program parts like configuration, administration non flash chat must be done in php - because we use it here and don?t like to use other languages (except the java part for red5). We need a clean light, but fresh looking design for the swf file. Layout must be loadable by parameters to get some different layouts or even colors on different domains. Also it?s important to have a bunch nice (maybe animated) emoticons - our customers love emoticons. For fallback reasons we need a text based non flash (without video) part to chat for customers who dont have flash. In further version we need to extend the chat a bit - to offer a one to many chat - so agent can publish his video and invite customer to chat to her/him. Also this chat session needs to be viewable (no rights to chat - only viewing chat and video) by visitors. On this version agent should have an additional window with a chat member list where he/she is able to pick one customer and answer his/her question.
