Looking for someone with wordpress & php experience

I currently have a wordpress blog that uses the Arthemia theme at [login to view URL] The theme uses a php script called timthumb to resize and display images as thumbnails... for some reason, my blog is unable to display images... I want some help in figuring out the problem and helping to display the thumbnails.. Note : this is not a request to setup a blog etc...this is to fix a problem with an existing blog. But you can be assured of getting more blog related work from me...
