Need an arcade/games site made - need to write the site ground up

I need an arcade/free games site made ground up. The script needs to be written and not one found freely available such as PHParcadescript. The site needs to be a clone of www. [login to view URL] This site was coded from ground up by the owner and did not use one of the popular arcade scripts. As you can see, the site also has an unique design, different from the thousands of arcade site all over the internet, which do not get much traffic. This site is just over a year old and alrready gets around 10,000 uniques a day, of which some 70% come from the search engines. One of the reasons why its has been so successful with the search engines is because of the way its has been coded with emphasis on SEO. Please only bid after after study the site and looking at its coding by previewing the source code. I have a friend who has several successful free games sites amd I will be asking him to follow the site as its being developed. So please only bid if you can make the site ground up and not using ready-made scripts.
