Redesign look of existing website.

I need my existing website redesigned to have a cleaner look. I would like the colors and styles changed, but I only want minor changes to the layout made. Some of the existing html code is embedded into php code. You can either make the changes to a the live testing website, or submit redesigned html and css and I can incorporate the changes into the php. ## Deliverables [login to view URL] is the website. The web site must also be redesigned to host 1 banner on each page. The banner should be a standard size. I would like the background to be a white or similar color. Please submit either a basic proposed mockup of the changes, or a portfolio of your work with your bid.
