web ftp with users restrictions (can be based in open source)

I need an stable web ftp, and secure one. Can be based in an open source, but used for a specific use with other logo. friendlly interface. Automation Acctions, etc. The idea never get files corrupt or cutten. The idea is u can can log with restrictions folder per user. Idea client that is web .transfeer files (could be big ones) to a server. could drag and drop big quantity of files to upload. and u can transfer files.
