Seeking a webmaster EXTRAORDINAIRE MENTOR, a Ninja of the Net to teach, guide and assist...

Greetings, I am working on developing a series of websites. I have secured domain names and hosting and now need to get down to the brass tacks of design and functionality. I want an hourly bid for Someone to play "coach" and guide me so that I can learn "on the job" so to speak. You will teach me & help me AVOID common & costly mistakes. , how to alter source code to fit my needs (not using the free site builder programs!), how to make alterations to templates, add extensions, apps, and other various functions I'll be VERY motivated to pay a bonus based on how well you do. we can either Skype, voice call, yahoo SMS or IM or email back n forth... my yahoo ID is my name: abrebaughman at yahoo I will be writing all the copy myself. You should speak English well enough to communicate with me without too much trouble. But, you need not be 100% fluent. I have purchased php script for the first site I want to work on. You will help m ealter, install and crate links between pages until I can do so on my own. I want a shopping cart, search query, reservation booking, paid subscriptions, automated ad postings, ability for users to post pics, vids ect. in thei rads, testing capabilities and certifications as paid service, calendar, photo gallery, forum threads, newsletter sign up form, RSS feeds, Paid Subscriptions, store front, blog articles, links etc. One site is geared specifically to children so it will have little games, quizzes, picture searches...or something like that...perhaps a print out coloring book or built in paint program?? I have a template already lined up that I like for that site. YOU MUST KNOW this stuff INSIDE AND OUT and practically capable of doing this in your sleep. I want to learn from the best. Bidders will spend 10-15 minutes with me prior to assignment, to demonstrate their expertise and teaching style. I also want to learn the very basics of iPhone or android app dev. so I can create apps to compliment the websites. ## Deliverables Worker agrees to hold to and sign a non disclosure agreement. They will not steal, copy, imitate, sell, trade or in any way try to profit ((aside from Vworker wages and possible bonus)) from the ideas and information provided in the scope of this project. Worker agrees to keep in daily contact or forfeit the project and I will file arbitration. I wont be taken for a ride by unreliable workers. I am patient, I will work with you .
