php/mysql work - needed now

hello- we have a baseline site. and 3 layouts. i need the layouts integrated to the baseline on each site/db. i need this work done today/tomrrow. must have good english and communication skills and be online. bid is for the 3 sites. i would say about 8 hours of work. as css is ready and functionality is already there. some smarty coding might be needed.
