email to pdf conversion application

I wish to create a small application that will take the content of an inbound email and convert the email to a file and then email the newly created file to a new email address based on the "to" field of the inbound email. it is desired to have the file attachment be a pdf but the following files are acceptable as long as the result is a high resolution. Generic Graphic Formats: tif, tiff, gif, jpg, jpeg, bmp, png, pcx, tga application should run unattended on a remote server. receive in emails and send out files see attached document. The intent of the application is to allow the sending of an email (sales order) to this target application and have the result facilitate the sending of the content of the email toa target fax machine. the service of the final email is any number of fax services such as ringcentral or efax. theses services do not take direct email content and fax the content, they only take an attached file and fax the content of the file. this is a workaround for this service.
