Fix a template DB errors - mysql/wp/php

I can spend up to $50.00 MAX on this. ############################### I hired someone on this site to convert a small php application to wp templates. The app is a simple one which allows users to make changes to a small database. The database is just a stripped down version of another one for testing the pages. Most of the tables have been removed and are not needed for this test. He did a good job except there are some problems which I cannot figure out and since he won't help me, I need to find someone else to do this. The pages seem to work fine but only when I use a specific database name. The problem is that when I export the database, then import into the proper name, then the app has various little problems. Since the name he used is the wrong one and I need it to be something else, this app is useless until that it fixed. There are also a lot of errors in the MySQL connection which someone tells me are all related to something small but they don't know what that might be at this time. I will give you browser access, phpmyadmin access and there is an ftp tool on the wp site.
