2 webpages designed in html and external css

Design two html Web Pages with an external style sheet. The pages must be flexible and work for resolutions of 800 X 600. Web pages must comply with WCAG guidelines and work reasonably for users with low-bandwidth connections. The web pages must be strictly developed using the XHTML standard. The XHTML source must be consistently indented and formatted so that it is easy for humans to read and understand. CSS must be used to perform all styling.
