Need someone to Make my weight loss eBook look pretty

About 1 year ago I wrote a weight loss eBook. The eBook was written in Microsoft Word and then converted to a PDF document. I need someone to take the Word document I have and make it look more professional and appealing to the eye. I need graphics added. The eBook also contains over 100 exercise photos. I would like someone to reformat these photos and make them look nice. The photos can be seen at: [login to view URL] When I formatted the pictures, I made them smaller and changed the color to black and white. I would like you to have very good experience with photoshop and format these pictures to look more professional. The programmer should be very good with photoshop and should be very creative. All of the eBook is complete. I just need what I have, to be made to look more professional. Upon accepting your bid, I will send you the Word document. I have attached a current page from the eBook... There are about 50 pages of text only... followed by an exercise guide, which you'll see in the .zip file attached... followed by a nutritional guide. The eBook has about 220 pages, but most are pictures and recipes... I'll need some graphics added to the recipe section as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All I need is a completed Word document and I will convert it to a PDF.
