Create a program that charts a cell in Excel in real time

I have a spreadsheet which essentially tracks a portfolio...there is one cell which sums up the performance of the portfolio during the day. This sheet is being fed via a real-time data feed, hence the performance of the portfolio for the day changes every second or so. I want to be able to chart that "SUM" cell over the course of the day, so at the end of the day, I can see via a graph how the portfolio performed over the course of the trading day. The graph would have time along the bottom "X" axis and $ Values along the "Y" axis. I am fine if someone can figure out a way to do this in Excel or if someone needs to build a short program to do it, that is fine as well.
