Printing multiple digital pictures at different sizes on one sheet of paper

I need a program created in VB6 which will organize my digital pictures on my computer into different folders in the program which allows for easy sorting and allow me to print multiple pictures at different sizes on one piece of paper. For example. It will allow me to print 1 piece of paper, 1 picture at 4x6 another at 5x7 and another picture in wallet sizes. The program must be able to take the picture and shrik it to fix a different size. For example, if you have an 8x10, the program will have the option to shrink the picture down to 5x7 or 4x6 or even a wallet size. The program must also have the option to crop images. The program will have the option must have premade templates. Another feature it must have is the ability to email any image to someone with just a click of a button. There is a program available called Photo Finale which is where I got this idea from and has these two features. This program needs to be professional and be of high quality for distributing. Must also include a comprehensive HELP file which shows how to use the program.
