Refining Visual Basic Code for an Excel form that I have created.

I am working on a form created in Excel. I am fairly new to the Visual Basic coding world, so I don't quite understand how everything works. The things that I need help with are changing the name of the sheet tabs. I tried to do this myself, but interrupted the code that I had already written and couldn't use the form. The form has an add button to add a new record to the database. When I click the add new, it automatically starts entering the data at row 66 rather than directly after my last entry. Also, I want to be able to lock the coding and the templates of the forms so that others cannot change them. I want all the information in my database to be entered by the form. I have a few other questions about how to do things with the form, like sending one sheet in an email. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The operating system is Microsoft Excel.
