Need a high quality professional designer to make a design for my VB program. The design must be created using the Active Skin Control( [login to view URL] ) The quality and end product of the design must be equal to the quality of this skin I found that was made with the Active Skin control ( [login to view URL] ) **So dont bother bidding if you cannt create a skin of this quality. The only requirements for this project is a color theme the design must stick to. Attached is a picture of the current design, and a rough draft. The rough draft is not what you must use in your design, but is an example of the color theme you must be sticking to. This is important.
