Drupal/Joomla Expert Needed

We are currently looking for an excellent graphic designer who designs outstanding templates for open-source CMS systems (Drupal, Joomla) and who is an expert programmer for these too. We want to have a website designed and need an expert to take the lead on this. The site will be a Trade Fair, Trade Show and Exhibition oriented website. The website should be multi channel (PC, iPAD, iPhone) viewable: We need the following templates: Master Template = Company’s main website This template should have design for homepage, content pages and form pages (such as contact page) Trade Fair/Show Templates = Theme of the specific trade fair oriented We plan 4 Themes for specific trade fairs/shows. Each of these should have design for homepage, content pages, floor plan pages, booth table list, media pages (videos) and form pages (such as contact page, order page etc.) Thus, we need 5 main templates + the templates for the respective sub-pages. The design needs to be professional, creative, but clean looking. The templates should be fully table less, XHTML and CSS compliant and should be cross browser compatible and work well in Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8 and 9, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome etc. We are in need of a Drupal/Joomla pro who can: 1. Design, create and install a custom Drupal/Joomla template (only original templates, no paid for templates) with all the necessary module positions in place and with dummy content, similar to how [login to view URL] has dummy content. 2. Create a possibility to manage content & data templates which could be used to be integrated in the various trade fair pages = one does not need to enter same data over and over but to have a template library and all data is presented on the respective web pages in the same format. 3. Build a clone function so that Micro sites can be copied including design & content for use for the same trade fair in the next year.
