Joomla plugin/module/component

I need a joomla plugin/component/Module. I already have a website where i want to install the plugin/component/Module. Eg: take a look at his wedding site [login to view URL] Take a look at the sample site where couples can create a personalised site for their wedding. [login to view URL] Using the joomla plug-in/component/Module: 1. Administrator should be able to create different occasions (something like categories) (Eg:Like wedding, Naming ceremony etc) which is then visible to the user. 2. Ability to have custom fields for different occasions. As an administrator i should be able to decide what are fields should be there for a particular occasion. For example a wedding site is where couple can have all the information about their wedding like About us, Brides Parents, Grooms Parents, Friends comments, RSVP, Our story, Videos gallery, Pics gallery etc. As an administrator i should be able to configure the fields for each occasion. 3. A person should be able to sign up and create his own site for a particular occasion. Eg: As an administrator i have published an occasion called Naming ceremony. I have also configured it to have the following fields: About Parents, Baby pictures Gallery, Grandparents, Location, Friends Comments, Baby name suggestions So a couple with a new born baby should be able to create a site and update content for the above fields. 4. A new link should be create like this . [login to view URL] Eg: [login to view URL] 5. The people creating such a site can edit and update their information for a particular occasion. 6. The people should be allowed to choose their own template.
