140516 Joomla Template Installation

Hi I'm after a programmer to create a template for a Joomla CMS website. The winning binner must have a great deal of experience working with Joomla. I already have a design which was created in Adobe Illustrator, which includes logo, colour scheme and layout, so I just need someone to implement it into Joomla for me. It will be a brand new website. I have no previous experience of Joomla, so I also need a programmer to install the website onto the server and setup the configuration for the database. I already have Linux hosting and a MYSQL database. I would like the programmer to add all content and pictures which will be provided. The website page names will be as follows: 1. Homepage 2.
