looking for bubbly modern landing page

Hello; I am looking for one bubbly modern landing page to be created that has some moving slides and along with one main contact form on the top of the site which will act as a lead generator (Name, Email, Number, etc..) I have a test site [login to view URL] in which is currently a site but if you don’t have the templates you can use this site and get rid of the menu bars on top so that it is just 1 page and add a 2 stage email form fiend on the top of this to the right. I will need this done ASAP within 1 day Max showing me the progress as it goes on. Please let me know a cost and if you can get this done as stated. Currently the site was being made here: [login to view URL] but he stopped working on it right at the end as he could not get the formatting correct.
