Multiple ECommerce Portals

I need 2 E Commerce sites developed, very basic with a few SKU's to be put up on the pages besides the standard pages. I am open to any technology (Java, php, .net). I only need shopping cart integrated to the site. Need the projects to be delivered on schedule, will definitely give out work for more such sites on successful implementation of the 2 sites. This project is only to see if the developer can deliver good work on time. I want the developer to take initiatives and suggest ideas on how to make the product better.
