Need an EXPERT PHP Developer to create a website

Hi! We are looking for a talented and skilled web programmer to develop a fully functional [login to view URL] website is based on search, so the main focus will be on a very intelligent search system. Users will be able to search on the website using: Company name + State + City Activity + State + City Phone number After searching user will be redirected to the listing page. I need to place ads on some locations and would be good to be able to do this from backend (place the code). I'll need the system to generate dynamic titles for each listing page. For example, if the user searches for "pizza" in "new york" "NY", the listing page should have the meta title and the title on the page in H1 tag like "Phone numbers for Pizza in New York, NY". It's just an example, because my website will be in portuguese and I'll provide you all the scenarios. The business detail page will have google maps integrated and will suggest other companies on the same category (in the same city as well). I want to be able to give you some layout aspects like using h1, h2 etc... and also i want full SEO optimization to make easier for google to crawl and understand my website. I'll need friendly URLs for each company too. They will follow a format using parameters contained in the database. On the main page there is 2 links on the footer, one is a form for users to add a listing and other to update. The update form will be integrated on each business detail page too, because if I'm the owner of the company I can suggest modifications. I want this add/update requests to be added on my backend so i can dynamically approve them. Instead of having to edit the database, I want to just approve/make changes and it will automatically update/add the record. There is also a contact form to send email. I want all this functionality using modern technologies, such as AJAX. I'll be providing the website layout/design(see attachments) and all the color schemes, fonts, styles that need to be strict followed. We will also provide a huge CSV file that contains all the records (business names, addresses, phones, etc) to be implemented in the website. What we need you to do: - Slice and convert PSD to CSS/xHTML; - Develop a fully working website that will allow users to search on the website's database (CSV will be provided) using business name, category/activity, city and state. AJAX will be needed in order to make it like a modern website; - Create a backend that will allow us to manage records and visitor requests to add/update/remove listings from the website. Visitors will be able to request to update, add or delete a record from the website. No registration required, just a submit form that will create a ticket on our backend to fill the request. Please use google as a model for my website.. I want it to be easy like google. Also, I want to be able to save search queries as a page...
