Goal: User arrives at website and chooses 1 of 4 different forms to complete online. Online Form will populate the fields of a government Form in pdf format. The user fills a form and clicks submit, dynamically it populates the different sections of the government form pdf. Only AFTER payment will the user be redirected to a page with a link to download the completed version of the pdf. Someone who knows fpdf, who can work on the form / alignment is needed. Potential for a lot of follow up work. Looking for a strong php coder.
