PHP, fairly easy, yet time consuming--site work!

Hello, my name is Paul and I am the owner of [login to view URL] What I need to be done is for someone to complete this layout, [login to view URL] The guy that I currently have working on it, isnt making any progress, what I wanted is for my to change only one file, to change the menu on all the 2000+ pages. That is already done, using a php include. The only thing that isnt done, is putting in the content in all the new pages, and also finding a way how to insert javascript into the new layout design. The only problem with the javascript is that some of it needs to be placed about the of the html page. With the php includes in the page, it makes that impossible. I'm guess for those pages, to not use to php include for the content. Needs help, I will explain it better if needed. Also, needs to be finished within a week. -Paul
