We have a working concept of a website with all PSD's and images complete with temporary placeholders for graphics like image scrollers. This project needs a temporary landing page (we have the conceptual work done) and a working website completed. The freelance agent would need to be skilled in CSS, HTML, PHP, and website design to implement our psd concept into a working viable website. Essentially we need a coder and not a graphics artist. The site is to be hosted on a VPS on OVH's network. We have the domain registered and the VPS purchased. The domain is using cloudflare so purging and development mode will be necessary to see changes.

Hi, I read the description of the task. I'm a student in design and development, so I've got designprograms and skills, but I know you don't need the design. I've got good HTML and CSS skills, and I learnt myself already some PHP and JQuery which seem to be working out quite nicely :). I'm young so I'm trying to learn new stuff and maybe earning something with it. That's why I'm trying to bid the lowest possible on tasks, but I promise you, once I'm working on it, I'm going for it. I will look everything up that I need to know if I can't find it, I'm like 18 hours a day accessible (I know, I don't get enough sleep haha...).
