I want my PSD to be converted to responsive wordpress template, high quality work is required, no beginners please, only serious and experience developers. site should be optimized with little graphics, HTML, CSS and not heavy graphic . Should be HTML 5, developer must start right away and complete it in one week (7 days including weekend)....I will show screenshots of the psd to the right candidates..I know budget is not great for this, but more work will follow for the person who does this right...
