Simple sports PHP script

Hello there everyone. Firstly i want a programmer who can build all kind of functions, Modification in PHP, Mysql, Javascripts, Ajax, CSS, Web designing, HTML etc. Now, These are the overview of what i required: Admin panel: - Can add all the sports with timings, Categories arrangement etc, Also can add ads on the different locations and small user arrangement Front end: - Can display all the sports with different timing and auto delete them when the time is up. - Make registration by click of the mouse(they just need to input their email and login info with the unique pass will be sent to the user email) - A timer, which can tell sports timing according to the user location. - A Recorder: Record the user time that how much time hes online on the website as well as guest - A Paypal postback system Also with offers completion system. - Simple design For an example you can check these two sites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The design will be based on these two websites (the examples) and also most of the functions. My budge for this project is not more than 100 USD. I and my other partners estimated that this project cost not more than 80-100 USD and estimated time with in 3 to 5 days.
