Website with Customised Options for Phone Cover

We are looking for a turnkey full solution website for a mobile case & cover business. This is a new project so our budget is low till things start kicking off. Our company would like to offer users the option to customise mobile cases by adding their names or changing the colour of our designs or uploading their photos. Your solution for us should have some indispensable functions, and others, which we can add now, or later on depending on the budget: a) Indispensable to start: - Flash or similar introduction where our mascot would appear. This would come with a 3-5 second sound welcoming the user. This can be a pop up. - Design of website. - Site needs to be in 2 languages, Spanish & English. - The site is required to allow customers to purchase our designs &/or change colour &/or add text &/or allow them to design mobile phone covers online using their own photo(s), and additional text & size & style of text & location of text. - The user will be able to choose his phone model too in the site & personalize based on that. - The user will be able to upload their own photo and manipulate it to fit , rotate, scale, etc,etc. So the image needs to be easy to handle. - Warnings should be displayed if a user tries to use an image too small for the template. - Once the user has completed their cover they should then be able to add to cart and continue with the normal purchase process. The output of their creations needs to be saved as a high res jpg (300dpi) - Shopping cart available with various payment currencies, credit card/paypal/bank account payment gateway - Shipping options available - Site to be able to have backend product catalogue, invoicing,etc for all automatic processes - In the backend the templates need to be easy to add as and when new phones come onto the market. - There must be option for clients wholesale, retail and end user to be able to register as client and have all history there. - Must allow administrator to be able to send offers, promotional codes,etc, ie email marketing options. - Social channels integration, facebook, youtube, twitter, instagram, pinterest, google+,etc, ie the administrator uploads new design to his site and automatically gets posted in social channels. b) Additional Options depending on budget: - The user must be able to switch templates whilst creating should they decide they need an iphone 4 not iphone 5 case for example. - Customers will need to be able to chose options which will be configured in the admin system such as matt or gloss finish - they need to be applied individually to templates as not all options are available on all templates. - Ebay integration - Amazon integration - Etsy integration c) Examples of other sites with similar design tools are: [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] -[login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] d )Examples of software already available that you can utilize to give us the full final site: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] You would need to let us know what kind of hosting we would need to get, php? I know that much of what im asking is readily available thru many plugins for Magento CE,etc. We have no preference for any plugnin, we basically need 1 person to give us the total solution.
