I have detailed instructions on the theme I need designed on a word document please review carefully you must be able to do quality work, and make the template so it can be upgrade in the future with wordpress updates without messing up the design, must be upgrade compatable theme. If you make a widget it must be removeable and installable. Please review the word document. You must be able to do this quicky and frequent communication with me. Most all the work is CSS and basic wordpress changes PHP and HTML...should not be difficult but must be done right. I am very picky...but pay well
