I have 2 Wordpress websites with the DIVI theme by Elegant Themes. On both sites, I was given code customizations by Elegant Themes support, which I mistakenly put into the parent theme. Now that the DIVI theme has an update, I'm learning that I'll lose all my modifications because I didn't create a child theme. To make matters worse, I didn't keep track of my edits. I am not a programmer, so this stuff makes no sense to me. I need someone to help me create a child theme for both of my sites that will house all my current modifications. So I can update DIVI without losing any changes and so I can enter future modifications correctly within the child theme.
