Custom Joomla Template Needed

We are looking for a joomla developer for multiple / ongoing needs. Initially, we need a developer that can create a JOOMLA template for our website. We have an existing website that contains static content, and our desire is to move to a more dynamic content setup. Please look at our existing website at http://www.redjuju.com. We wish to have a more modern joomla looking site, however retain somewhat consistent look and feel so customers are not confused. It needs to be very professional, easy to navigate, and easy on the eyes. We have the need for using multiple menus where appropriate, which is one of our biggest challenges with our existing setup. At this point, we are looking for the development of the template only. We are not looking for someone to do the conversion, although if we are happy with the work done on the template, we may consider hiring for this process as well. We require the ability to contact the developer for support should any problems come up with the template, and will need to have a working agreement in place to pay for such support. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This will run on Linux. Our site is currently hosted on Godaddy on linux based servers, and we are open to moving it if Godaddy isn't the right hosting provider for a Joomla solution. We may consider bringing this inhouse to one of our own servers. If that happens, it will be on Suse Linux Enterprise Server 10.
