Existing PHP/MySQL applications need development

I also know spanish, so I will accept bids in spanish. Otherwise, translation will need to be provide to/from developer language into English and/or Spanish. I'm looking for a PHP developer to work hourly on several PHP/MySQL projects. The immediate projects are: 1) Content administration for existing web site. - There are many existing content tables and we need to be able to provide the client with a way to edit the content in the tables. 2) News website story notifications scripts. - Create a PHP script to store apple push notification tokens in an existing web service architecture. - Create a PHP script to query saint information (encyclopedic) from an existing database and enter the daily saint into a notification table for push notifications. This script will be added to a daily cron job. - Create a PHP script to query daily bible readings from an existing database and enter the reading into a notification table for push notifications. This script will be added to a daily cron job. - Modify existing news story administration to add a flag as to whether the the news story should be added to the push notification table. Enter the story into the push notification table if it is selected. I will have other future jobs as well on a continuous basis. The details of the push notifications project are attached to this project. We have developers to code the objective-C parts of the project. If the hours are not accurate, please do not pay attention to them but you could comment on them if you would like to. Web cam may not be required for the full duration of the projects but will be required initially to gain trust.
