MagStrip Reader -> Website TextBox

I am looking for someone to provide me with a solution that will allow me to take my Mag Strip Reader (USB) plug it into my computer (any computer 32bit/64bit) and be able to swipe a Card that has a 10 digit code, and display that value in a "disabled" textbox on a website form. This is for a Gift Card soltuion we currently have. We currently have a problem in VB.Net, but its a pain to support, and only works on 32bit versions of windows. I am a web developer, so I have no trouble setting up a solution on my end, I just need the technology to take the MagStripe Reader Swipe info and put it into a Textbox. I am looking for someone who has alot of background with this, and looking for alot of input and guidance. I am looking for someone to give good ideas / additional ideas and help me work through this issue im having. I am willing to send a Mag Stripe reader that we are currently using to the Winning Bidder.
