ONLINE BINGO SITE

We want to have designed a flash based online bingo website. ## Deliverables If you take a look at the site [login to view URL] you will see how we want our site, functionality and layout. We want same kind of functionality but differnt design. I could have given you the my test login to this site, but I dont know if that would be allowed by RentACoder policy because then you woul have access to my e-mail before we have an agreement. However, you can yourself make a test account there (in this site you dont play for real money, only free points). To do that, you select "BLI MEDLEM" button and fill required fields. Though this site is in Norwegian, I am sure you woul find out how to create a account just for demo. After you have registered, you select "START SPILL" button to start the game. I have enclosed a zip file with screenshot of that playing window, so you get a feeling of this site works. We want all the functionalities on this site also the chatting and sound feature. We want the games to be played 24 hours with starting every 15 minutes. The user who wants to play in our bingo must buy a "24 hour pass". That will be provided by a third party SMS gateway provider. When the user logs in his/her access to play must only be valid for 24 or 12 hours (depending on the pass bought). We must sort out how to implement passordaccess thru our third party sms provider later on. We use the company Teletopia. technical information about Teletopia HTTP gateway is also enclosed in the zip file so you can take a look. We will not give money prizes. Our prices will be gifts that we send thru postal mail to the winners. So you don't need to design a money/payment interface. But we will need an easy accesable database of our costumers and winners. Our estimate of total players everyday is 500. If we get an agreemnt with you, we would also like to know where we should host our servers and the technical requirments of the web hosting. We will have a .COM domain for our site. The graphical design must be professional, yet simplistic. Also we need a simple logo. On main page there must also be space for external banners. The site will be in norwegian language. All necessary text will be provided by us. Please let us know your bid. We would a like a final price for the project, not hourly rates.
