Alert for employ's time brakes

I have 5 brakes during the day, I need to creat small alarm that will buzz for the In and Out of the employs brakes, I need it to be install on PC, I need to up load mp3 file for the sound, I need nice looking interface. 1 - START DAY - NEED TO BUZZ AT 9AM 2 - 11AM 15 MIN BRAKE SO NEED BUZZ OUT AT 11AM AND BUZZ 11.15AM WHEN PEOPLE COME BACK 3 - 1PM BUZZ OUT FOR LINCH....1.30PM BUZZ WHEN PEOPLE COME IN 4 - 4.00 PM BUZZ TO GO TO BRAKE AND4.15 BUZZ TO COME BACK 5 - 5.00PM BUZZ OFF WORK I have to have the option to change the "hours from and to"
