We have a live stitched video from 2 IP-cameras for sportsgames (input RTSP/H.264 and 2MP up to 4K quality). The stitched live video (output RTSP/H.264) then would be used as source for auto tracking (pan and zoom) depending on the players position on the field. The result would be a RTSP output in 2MP-4K quality which then we can record in NVR or stream online. The code should be used in Windows and written with C++ and use openCV library. In the future we could extend more features and hire you again.
