Azure expert needed for mobile app to server syncing

I have created a similar solution for offline-online sync for a oil based company where data synced is manual or automatic and data includes text, files and images. The tablet/laptop where my application is installed does not have internet connectivity all the times, so they used to click the photos, insert text and when internet connectivity is there they use to publish changes.
