We need a fully functioning website based on carousell.com. The working logic should be the same. The front end and the back end should both be done. The language will be PHP or .NET. The website's design can be similar at first, but after we have a working design, we will modify it according to our needs, resulting in a much different design. Also, some functionality will be added, and some will be changed after the working model is complete. We also need iphone and android applications for the website. Additional details will be given during the discussion of the Project. At the end of the project, source code should be given to us, and the developer has to agree that he / she will not resell the code.
