Build a Website

I run a 100% free website called "I do NOT want Kids" (c om). It is a FREE dating site for folks who don't want/have kids. It has been online for a while. I use the FREE script called "Osdate." osDate is (c) 2007 [login to view URL], and is distributed under an LPGL license, which means its free for all commercial and non-commercial uses. The site is mostly in php and uses a database to keep the users info. The site has been running along smoothly for the past few years... I NEVER touch it... In fact, it barely gets much traffic and has about 5000 in total (although most haven't logged in for Years)... but I just noticed that when people try and create a new profile, the following error occurs on the site... this is exactly what the person sees (which I will post below). I'm hoping somebody can fix how ever this problem came about. Because I have NOT changed anything on the site in ages, and this problem seemed to just happen on its own, perhaps there is hopefully a simple solution. Because this site is a hobby and it actually costs me money to run, I obliviously don't want to spend a lot of money on it.. but am hoping there is an easy fix. Thank you greatly in advance. Note: People can still log in and read/send messages with no problems.. it seems that only new users get this error when they try to create a new profile.
