Build a data visualization! +REPEAT WORK +NOW

I would like to create a web application that produces an animated data visualization based on given data sets.  Why  This is one component of a personal project that analyzes the relationship between a data set and a corresponding video.  The animated visualization that you would help create would be a 'companion' to the video. See attachment.  How Part 1. Submit project proposal and timeline Part 2. Create a live static visualization using the test data sets provided Part 3. Revise visualization based on given feedback Part 4. Create two types of animated visualizations that 'play' through the graph visualization Part 5. Incorporate into a web page that plays the visualizations and corresponding video (embedded youtube) simultaneously.  Part 6. Final revisions based on given feedback I'm not particular about what js library you use, d3 or otherwise. In followup projects, I would like to be able to convert the visualization into a video.  Specifics I will supply several examples of a data set comprised of a time code (MM:SS) and ps-value, (-100 to +100). This data was produced when someone watched a video wearing a sensor.  You would help create a web application that outputs a visualization: a graph of the time code along the x-axis and ps-value along the y-axis. For each person, please graph a colored curve within these coordinates. After creating a static version of the visualization, you would create two types of animated visualizations that 'play' through the graph.  Other This is the 2nd part of a multi-phase project. I would love to establish a longer term relationship with followup work. I'm looking to kickoff immediately.  Next Steps Please let me know how you would accomplish this project and cite any past relevant work.
