I need a wordpress site with multiple vendors (paypal). Each person can buy, sell and trade products online. Each person has a user profile that can be viewed publicly. Each buyer can leave a review for the seller and each seller can leave a review for the buyer and those reviews are displayed on the public user profile. The user rating will have 3 questions, answered by a 5 star rating. The admin will have the option to approve users and user profile pics. Transaction Development: The transaction money (paypal) will be held by the administrator until conformation that the product has been delivered. Once confirmation is delivered, the admin will release the funds to the seller. There will be a small fee, the admin gets to keep for each transaction (similar to how this site operates as far as not fully distributing the funds until the project is complete).
