CRC Program - Written In "C"

Please Review Posted File (CRC Program) first, I have also attached 2 sample input files and the correct output the program must produce. Only standard libraries must be used as noted. MUST RUN ON A WINDOWS COMPUTER, AND MUST MUST MUST BE A TO BE COMPILED IN CODE BLOCKS IDE. If you don't have it please download it. I Need project done in a maximum of 6 hours. All parts must be complete and working. I have supplied some java examples as well for references. NOTE THIS PROGRAM MUST BE DONE IN C not C ++ or JAVA.
