Checking my sites API scripts and API linkage with ebaycommerce. such as tracking is being recorded properly. Optimize the links

mMy site [login to view URL] is an affiliate site using ebaycommerce API's. There has been some optimization done to the site and since then I do not believe all my clicks are being tracked when the customer visits and clicks on the items as my numbers have gone down drastically since the optimization on what shows by ebaycomerce as being recorded. I also need someone to check all the links to make sure the site is optimized and ready to make money. I am making nothing so far!
