Hi, I have a PSD file that needs to be converted into HTML using responsive design with css & javascript. There is only one page that needs to be converted. 1. I will give you the psd file which is layered. 2. Should be completed by today. 3. The left side should have a separate scrollbar. 4. When clicking on READ MORE, it should expand the window in the same page. 5. The Issue & Vol# should be editable. 6. The welcome message on the top should have a close button. Once the reader clicks on that close button, that welcome message will disappear and the posts will move up. 7. The font should be 'Roboto Slab' 8. Text should not be used as images. 9. AT A GLANCE section should have another scroll. 10. My budget is within 30usd. 11. Please find the attached design file.
