I am looking for a 100% open source code Wordpress Tube site template from envantomarket's for a video tube site in the style dailymotion/youtube style or from any other template developers sites. The work will consist at making the site similar to Dailymotion or Youtube, with recommended videos and channels on homepage (please dont bid if you can't create algorithm) here, and I also need a rich videoplayer with related videos on the right like youtube in the player (you can find it on envato (player)), also related videos in a columb to the right next to the video playing. The script needs to have possibility for embedding videos from all sites ex: [login to view URL] and also opportunity for users to upload there own videos, I need a layout of 6-7 videos per row (as all new themes) are, of course 100% open source code of script. I basically need a top developper who is also very available 7 days a week, no off on the weekends who will stick around and is very good with this kind of work, I need a pro at maybe building tube sites and I need quick and efficent person/team please, very important, maybe even a skype conversation to kick start, you'll will be the one for longevity on the script, so lets introduce... I basically want someone who is also able to create buttons, bars, margins, who has proper systems and generators, I need pretty much a site like dailymotion or youtube, with rich admin and powerful admin area with changes you bring, to also add functions for me to change it from admin, let the games begin
