Create a Wordpress Plugin

Hi coders, I want to create an UNIQUE custom wordpress plugin, that will have the following features: * Must operate as a simple widget that can be added to each page * must be able to add users to WP db. * must be able to send emails * must be able to hide/protect website content based on user level from WP user database * must be protected with some kind of licensing mechanism * must be uniquely coded (the plugin is for sell) * must communicate with MySQL I need the plugin to be completely bug free. I will pay after the final completion of the project. Since this will be a commercial version, I would like to know upfront your idea of dealing with my IP and protecting of copyrights. Please add you view on this topic in reaction to this project offer. I'll ignore messages without clarification on this point. The plugin is really simple to code, you will not spend much time on it.
