Create Wordpress Plugin - User Registration Form

Hello everyone! We need a Wordpress Plugin which allows the website administrator to create custom user-registration forms. We need to allow users including the forms in the site pages/posts by using shortcodes (for instance [registration_form_01]). What can you do with the plugin? - Insert unlimited input fields of any type (text, textarea, radio button, checkbox, select, email, number) in the form - Set: name, label, and “required field” flag for each input field - Choose the order of input fields in the form (drag & drop system would be great) - Set the user role (you can select it from the list of Wordpress/Woocommerce user roles) - Set a custom error message (it will be shown in case of validation failure) - Compel the user to fill the “username” and “email” input fields in any form (these fields are always required) Plugin must also have these features: - The website administrator can create different forms , each one with a unique ID (and unique shortcode) - When a user registers, the non-standard input fields are recorded on the database table titled “wp_usermeta”. Moreover, this information is accessible from the Wordpress control panel, in the “User Profile” section. - In the “Settings” section of the plugin, the website administrator can set the absolute URLs where the users arrive after they: register, login, logout, request password reset (take a look to this plugin to better understand the mechanism: [login to view URL]). Moreover, the admin can set different URLs for each available wordpress users role. - Forms and their input fields have no integrated styles (CSS) Forms must be validated when submitted (email check, required fields check)
